Payment
Le Petit Gift Company accept most major Credit & Debit cards
including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Visa Debit & Maestro. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Diners Club.
All Credit/Debit cardholders are subject to validation checks &
authorisation by the Card Issuer & we may share your personal
information with such parties as is necessary to enable us to do such
checks. If the Issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment
to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Payment will be debited & cleared from your account before the
despatch of any goods or provision of service to you.
We can also accept cheques by post only. Cheques should be made payable to
Le Petit Gift Company. Please put your name & address on the back.
You should allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear before your
order is dispatched. Prices and availability of the products and services listed on this
website are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product
or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error
or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect
price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has
been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit
to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Your
receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time
after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any
reason or for no reason at all.
Out of Stock Items If an item happens to be out of stock, delivery may be delayed, in some
cases up to 28 days. If your item cannot be delivered within 7 working
days, we will inform you via email.
Special order
items can take 2-4 weeks depending on availability. We will advise you
at the time of processing your order when your order will be delivered.
If an item is permanently out of stock we reserve the right to refund
you in full.
