Le Petit Gift Company is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products & service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases, we offer the returns facilities described below.

For damaged or faulty goods we will either:

Refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs & return postage) or Replace the item and refund your return postage costs.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly provide a replacement or refund, if the goods are returned within 7 days. All we ask is that the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging. Unfortunately postage, packing & insurance are direct costs & cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty. Please call our Customer Service team on 0845 345 8559 who will advise you how to return your parcel. Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods, as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.
