Standard Delivery

For single low weight items UK delivery and packaging charge is £2.50.

For multiple and heavier items a Flat Rate UK delivery & packaging charge is £4.95, regardless of how many items you purchase.

Standard UK delivery is normally within 5 working days and some items maybe sent by recorded delivery. If you would like your order sooner please ‘contact us’ or call us on (0845) 074 5929.

It is our policy to despatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages occurred while in transit.

Priority Delivery
This service is not available present, however should you have an urgent order then please phone us on (0845) 074 5929.

Overseas Delivery
We do deliver all over the world. For orders outside the UK please ‘contact us’ or telephone +44 (0)845 074 5929 or email us at info@lepetitgiftco.com for a quote before placing your order.

Le Petit Gift Company do not take any responsibility for customs or import duties once your order reaches your country.

Out of Stock Items
If an item happens to be out of stock, delivery may be delayed, in some cases up to 28 days. If your item cannot be delivered within 7 working days, we will inform you via email.

Special order items can take 2-4 weeks depending on availability. We will advise you at the time of processing your order when your order will be delivered. If an item is permanently out of stock we reserve the right to refund you in full.
